Terms of Service

Last updated: October, 2026

These are the ground rules for https://ufindly.com, operated by Ufindly ("we", "us"). Using the site in any way — browsing, submitting a product, buying a placement — means you accept them. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

1. What the Service Is

Ufindly is a curated directory of AI tools, productivity apps, and design resources. Concretely, the service covers:

  • Browsing, searching, and ranking tools by category, tag, views, and votes
  • Submitting your own product for a listing, free or through a paid package
  • Paid extras such as faster publication, dofollow links, and featured placement
  • A profile page where submitters manage their listings and orders

The service is offered to adults (18+). If you are younger, you may not create an account or buy anything here.

2. Accounts

Signing in happens through Google. When you do, you are responsible for what happens through your account: keep your Google account secure, and tell us promptly at contact@ufindly.com if you spot activity you did not authorize. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, vote manipulation, spam, or anything else that harms the directory or its users.

3. Submitting a Product

When you submit a listing, you are telling us the submission is legitimate. That means:

  • The product is real, reachable, and reasonably useful to visitors
  • The name, description, URL, and images accurately represent it
  • You own or are allowed to use everything you upload, including logos and screenshots
  • The product and its website contain nothing illegal, deceptive, or infringing

Submitting the same website multiple times under recycled names, or resubmitting a rejected product without addressing the reason for rejection, is considered abuse.

4. Review, Publication, and Links

  • Free submissions enter the editorial queue and are usually reviewed within one to two months. Review timing is an estimate, not a promise, and we may decline any submission.
  • Paid packages publish automatically once Stripe confirms payment, and include dofollow links as described on the Pricing page.
  • Link attributes: free listings normally carry a nofollow link. You can earn dofollow by adding our badge to your product's site from a qualifying domain — we verify backlinks before upgrading a listing.
  • We may edit listing copy for clarity, re-categorize products, or remove any listing that turns out to violate these terms — including listings that were published through a paid package.

5. Paid Packages, Payment, and Refunds

Packages are one-time purchases, priced on the Pricing page and collected by Stripe. Prices and package contents can change; the price shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Because a paid package delivers its value the moment your listing publishes, fees are generally non-refundable. The exceptions: if a technical failure on our side prevents what you paid for, or your listing never went live, write to contact@ufindly.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review the case. Listings removed for policy violations (see Sections 3 and 8) do not qualify for refunds.

6. License to Content You Submit

You keep every right to your product and its assets. To display a directory, though, we need permission to show what you sent us — so by submitting, you grant Ufindly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote the submitted name, description, images, and link for as long as the listing exists. Ask us to remove a listing and that license ends when the listing does.

7. What Belongs to Us

The site itself — layout, code, category structure, written copy, badge, and brand — belongs to Ufindly and is protected by intellectual property law. If you add our badge to your site, keep the link intact; that is the whole point of it.

8. Conduct We Do Not Allow

  • Automating views, votes, or ranking signals, or paying others to generate them
  • Submitting products that are clones, placeholders, parked domains, or pure affiliate redirects
  • Uploading malware or linking to sites that distribute it
  • Scraping the directory in bulk or reselling its data without written permission
  • Interfering with the site's operation, probing for vulnerabilities, or bypassing rate limits
  • Impersonating another maker, product, or our team
  • Anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours

9. Third-Party Links

Every listing points to someone else's website. We check submissions and scan outbound links, but we do not control — and are not responsible for — the content, availability, or practices of those destinations. Your use of them is between you and them. The same goes for payment (Stripe) and sign-in (Google), which follow their own terms.

10. No Warranty

The directory is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that every listed product will stay as described. Listing a product is not an endorsement of it.

11. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ufindly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost traffic, lost data — arising from use of the site. For any claim that survives that limit, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Ending Things

You can stop using the site any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaks these terms, and we may close the service or change it substantially — if that happens to a paid feature you recently bought, contact us and we will make it right.

13. Changes and Governing Law

These terms will change as the product does. Updates take the new "Last updated" date at the top of this page; keep using the site afterwards and the revised terms apply. Disputes get resolved under the law applicable to the operator, starting with good-faith negotiation and, failing that, arbitration or the competent courts.
